How booking works (for every tour)

Start by picking the tour style that fits your day: Seneca Trolley, Keuka, Behind-the-Scenes, or Friday Craft Beverage. Some tours also include different pickup options, so check the tour details before booking.

1 - Choose your tour

Click into that tour’s page to see the live calendar. Select your date and departure time, choose your ticket quantity, and complete checkout in our secure ShowClix system.

2 – Pick your date, time, and tickets

On tour day, arrive 10 minutes early at your pickup location. We’ll check you in, get you ready, and then handle the driving and timing while you relax and explore.

3 – Check in and enjoy your day

Good to know for every tour

  • Tickets include transportation only — tastings, drinks, and food are purchased at each stop.

  • Tours follow a set route and schedule (this is not hop-on/hop-off).

  • These are shared-group tours, not a private limo or party bus.

  • Bring a valid ID if you plan to enjoy alcoholic beverages at the establishments.

  • Refunds: full refunds are available up to 48 hours before your tour; inside 48 hours, tickets are non-refundable.
