Can we drink alcohol on the trolley?
No. Open alcohol is prohibited by New York State law. Any passenger with an open container will be removed and their ticket voided. -
No full‑size coolers.
Yes small cooler bags that fit under your seat (12” high).
Any leaking or bulky items will be removed to keep things clean and comfortable.

No. The trolley runs on a fixed loop, stopping at each location about once an hour.

Guests may board at Glenora Wine Cellars only on West‑side days
and by advance arrangement. -
If you have your QR code (emailed/texted), just show it for scanning—then we’ll fit you with your wristband.
If you don’t, we’ll look you up by name at the ticket booth and get you set.

Trolley tours: Runs every hour—just catch the next loop (If there is no room on that trolley, you may have to wait an additional hour).
Luxury shuttles: Stick to your scheduled time. If you miss it, you’ll need alternate transport.

Our vehicles run from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and you decide your own pace:
Quick stop: 1 hour at one location
Full day: Stay on board and explore as many stops as you like until 7:00 PM

Our Policies
What Your Ticket Includes
When purchasing tickets with Lakeside Trolley, the fare covers transportation only. Tastings, food, and merchandise are paid directly to each establishment (either in advance or on the day of your tour).
Guest Conduct & Safety
To ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone:
• Open containers of alcohol, smoking, and vaping are strictly prohibited aboard all vehicles.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
• Visibly intoxicated guests may be refused boarding or removed at staff discretion.
• Lakeside Trolley staff reserves the right to refuse service to any guest.
Logistics & Scheduling
Guests must arrive at their scheduled pick-up location at least 10 minutes before departure. The trolley operates on a fixed schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive early. If you arrive late or miss boarding at any pick-up, your seat may be released and your ticket may be forfeited. We’re unable to provide partial refunds, credits, or alternate transportation. When capacity allows, staff may assist with same-day rebooking, subject to availability and any fare differences.
Group Policy
Groups are limited to a maximum of 10 people. Larger groups—whether tickets are purchased together or separately—may be refused service at participating establishments.
Pets & Service Animals
Pets are not permitted on board. Trained service animals are welcome and must remain under the handler’s control at all times; please notify us in advance so we can accommodate seating. (Emotional support animals are not considered service animals.)
Lost & Found
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal belongings. Found items are held for 30 days; unclaimed items may be donated or discarded. If you believe you left something behind, please contact us with a detailed description.
Responsibility & Liability
Lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced. Lakeside Trolley reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any damage or cleaning fees caused by your party. No refunds are issued for violations of these policies.
Media & Marketing
By participating in the tour, you grant Lakeside Trolley permission to use photos or videos taken during your experience for marketing and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform staff at check-in.
Refunds & Rescheduling (Summary)
Friday & Saturday tours: Full refund if canceled 48+ hours before departure (minus a $2 processing fee per ticket).
Sunday–Thursday curated tours: Full refund if canceled 7+ days before departure (minus a $2 processing fee per ticket).
After those deadlines: Refunds are not available.
