  • Single day trolley tickets are active from the start time of the date purchased until the end of that day’s service.

  • Yes, you can start your adventure from any of our designated stops. However, please call us in advance to arrange this. Our schedule is flexible to ensure the best experience for all guests, and we may not stop at every location unless there's a pick-up planned. This helps us optimize routes and waiting times. Always check in with us first, so we can guarantee your spot on the trolley and avoid any missed connections

  • For a smooth boarding process, please have your QR code ready, which we send via email and text. We'll scan it to validate your ticket and provide you with a day pass wristband. If you're starting at the ticket booth, no worries! We can look you up by name, so you don't need anything in hand.

  • No problem! Our trolleys return to each stop approximately every hour. If you miss one, take the opportunity to explore the surrounding area and catch the next one.

  • Don't worry if you lose your ticket. Simply visit our ticket booth the day of your event, and we'll look up your booking by name to ensure you can board the trolley without any hassle.

  • New York state strictly prohibits open alcohol containers inside moving vehicles. This policy is taken seriously & any passenger on board the trolley with an open container will be removed & their ticket voided.

  • Each route has a different schedules & last boarding times vary greatly. Please check the schedule for your route.

    There are not many backup options for public transportation. So, please prepare in advance if you wish to stay at one of our stops after our schedule has concluded for the day.

  • Your trolley tour includes a scenic and comfortable ride to each featured establishment, offering you the freedom to explore the Finger Lakes' finest wineries, breweries, and more at your pace. Please note, while the journey between these destinations is covered, tastings and other purchases at each establishment are separate, allowing you to customize your experience to your tastes and interests.

  • The duration of your adventure is entirely up to you! Whether you prefer a brief 90-minute visit to a single establishment or a full day's exploration of multiple stops, our trolley caters to your desires.

    Operating hours are from approximately 10:00am to 6:00pm, with the trolley returning to the ticket booth about every hour. Enjoy the flexibility to create your perfect day among the Finger Lakes' premier destinations.

  • For the safety and comfort of all our passengers (and your pet) pets are not permitted on the trolley. This policy helps ensure a pleasant experience for everyone on board.

Our Policies

Refund Policy

We offer refunds for tickets canceled more than 48 hours before the event. No refunds are available if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event.

Weather Policy

Our tours run rain or shine. In the event of severe weather conditions that we deem unsafe for travel, we will notify guests of cancellation and offer rescheduling options.

Safety and Conduct Policy

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, disruptive behavior and excessive noise are not permitted. Passengers are expected to follow the instructions of the trolley driver at all times.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for processing your reservation and is not shared with third parties without your consent.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled departure. Guests who miss the trolley may join the next available trolley.

Lost and Found Policy

Lost items will be kept for 30 days. If you've left something behind, please contact us with a description of the item.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed on the trolley, with the exception of service animals. Please notify us in advance if you will be accompanied by a service animal.

Visibly Intoxicated Patrons Policy

Enjoy responsibly. Disruptive or belligerent behavior due to overconsumption will not be tolerated. Guests may be asked to leave the trolley to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all.

Open Alcoholic Containers

Open alcoholic containers are not permitted on the trolley at any time.
